1. Research contributions
When you choose to contribute to research on this site, we may collect:
– agency size or structure
– accounting or invoicing tools currently in use
– whether a comparison or switch is being considered
– general decision stage (e.g. exploring, comparing, switching)
This information is:
– self-reported
– anonymous
– collected without requiring an email address
Responses are used only in aggregated form to identify decision patterns over time.
2. Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used at a high level.
Google Analytics may collect for example:
